Terms of Use
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms apply to the Digital Committee (BC) website, web app and desktop app ("the service"), made by Mohammad Taimoor Hussain. By using the service you agree to them.
1. Licence to use
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service to organise your own committees. This is a licence to use, not a sale or transfer of any rights.
2. Ownership
© 2026 Mohammad Taimoor Hussain. All rights reserved. The service, including its code, design, text, screenshots, graphics, branding, name and the way its ideas are implemented, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3. What you may not do
Without prior written permission you may not copy, clone, scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense or rebrand the service or any part of its code, design, text or branding, or build a substitute product from them.
4. No handling of money
The service only records information. It never collects, holds, transfers or pays out money. Members pay each other directly, and every committee is an arrangement between its members alone. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for any payment, default, dispute or loss between members.
5. Your data
Your data is stored on your own device, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping backups and for having permission to store other members' details.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or freedom from errors or data loss.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Mohammad Taimoor Hussain is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of money, data or profit, arising from use of or inability to use the service.
8. Copyright enforcement
Unauthorised copies are actively monitored. Any copy, clone or reproduction of the service will be reported with DMCA and equivalent takedown notices to its hosting providers, search engines and app stores, and may lead to legal action for damages and injunctive relief.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Questions or permission requests: hello@taimoorhussain.com or the contact form.
